Samuel L. Jackson narrates this hilarious story about a pack of penguins that journey to the breeding grounds where they expect women to be waiting for them (hopefully to have sex with them as well). The main penguins include Carl (Bob Saget) and Jimmy (Lewis Black), who are friends that talk about relationships and various other things as they join up with others to reach the "love" grounds. While the male penguins make their way to the breeding grounds their female counterparts (Christina Applegate and Mo'Nique) discuss life and the opposite sex. The film contains live action of penguins and include other notable voices including Jason Alexander, Jason Biggs, and Dane Cook.

Pet rat Roddy (Hugh Jackman) is living with a well-to-do family. When his family goes on vacation, he has his home invaded by a lower class street rat, who flushes him down the toilet and into an underground sewer rat society that is very different from what he is used to. While trying to find his way home, he has several adventures. He meets a gorgeous female rat on the run from the sewer mob who stole a jewel from her father and her poor family, has high-speed chase adventures on her ship and saves the sewer society from an evil bad guy who wants to kill everyone. The experiences teach Roddy about the importance of love and friendship versus wealth and status.

So begins an intense and often erotically charged friendship and Diane’s descent into a community of circus freaks and drag queens at the fringes of 1950’s society. As Diane spends more time exploring this world and photographing her new friends, she distances herself from her well-known photographer husband, children, and prominent parents. When she tries to include Lionel in her family gatherings the situation turns tense and awkward. Eventually, Diane must face life without Lionel and is a reborn as artist in her own right and not just the proper wife and mother she is at the start of the story.

"Finding Neverland" is an emotive biography of James M. Barrie, the author of the children's books "Peter Pan" and "Peter Pan in Kensington Gardens." The movie gives insight into Barrie's relationship with a dying woman and her three children, who Barrie becomes rather attached to. The relationship is not really a romantic one, but rather a closeness between a friend and family. The resulting inspiration to Barrie's career as a playwright is astounding. This new play might be enough to resurrect the failing Barrie's career. Despite much criticism and doubt over his newest venture, the imaginative new play brings nostalgia about childhood.
